Account Deactivated 65 Days - No Human Response - BBB Case #25088529

Hello,

My Adobe Stock contributor account [email removed by moderator] was deactivated on June 12, 2026. I have 4,200+ approved assets and $102 in earned payments I cannot access.

Adobe's stated reason was multiple accounts/phone number - both disproved via Adobe's own verification tool.

I have submitted:

Multiple support cases (#00521031 being primary)

Official appeal via Transparency Center (June 17)

BBB Complaint #25088529

FTC Report #205402737

65 days with zero human resolution. Can any Adobe staff or community expert please help escalate this?

Thank you,

Muhammad Hassaan

There is nothing anybody can do for you here in the forum. You have completed the only recourse you have by making an appeal. Now you must wait.

    BBB Complaint #25088529

    FTC Report #205402737

    ========

The Better Business Bureau & Federal Trade Commission can’t help you with this matter. BBB is a toothless paper tiger with no authority. And the FTC protects consumers. Neither resolves disputes between freelance content suppliers & agencies like Stock.

Your contract with Stock is contained in the Adobe Contributor Terms you agreed to.

    Hope that helps.

This is a public web forum.

Please don’t post personal data in a public web forum where it could be exploited by bots & email harvesters.

You have a case # with the Contributor Relations Team. All you can do is wait patiently for your appeal request to be processed. Submitting more requests just generates new case numbers, and it slows down your original request.

In the meantime, work on other projects and submit to outside services.

    Good luck.

Having multiple case numbers only slows down Adobe’s investigations. This forum is for contributors like yourself and no one here can be of assistance. Your only option is to continue waiting while Adobe completes their investigation.
