My account is deactivated, not suspended, and that is exactly the core of my concern. I have not received any clear or specific reason explaining why my entire contributor account was deactivated after more than three years of active contribution. This is what I am pointing out in my post.

As of my knowledge Adobe tells people why accounts get suspended. As @RALPH_L says, if it gets terminated, Adobe will tell you too, as well as when it gets reactivated.
Suspended and terminated accounts are deactivated, suspended accounts are temporarily deactivated, terminated accounts are permanently deactivated. Call it like you wish. The effect is the same. You can't sell as long as the investigation is ongoing.
Regarding the contact forms: yes, I am fully aware that sending multiple requests does not accelerate the process. However, the issue is that after almost two months, I have not received any response at all—neither a reason, nor guidance, nor confirmation that my case is under review. I have checked all inboxes and spam folders carefully.

Adobe responds with a case ID and that's it. And you have gotten a case ID. But many think that this is not a communication. There won't be any communication in between, what could they say? You need to wait. That's it. Check the entries here, many did get an answer after 6 months or more. I suppose the size of the account and the investigated offense is driving this. And naturally the number of current accounts under investigation. It does not seem as Adobe is delegating many resources to this, and the investigation is required to be taken seriously, as a false movement from Adobe can be very costly to them. You need to wait. There is nothing more that can be said.
About AI: I am not claiming this as a fact, but raising it as a legitimate concern and discussion point. Three years ago, Adobe Stock had no AI-generated assets. Today, a significant portion of the library is AI-based, which is clearly visible in the insights and search results. When long-term contributor accounts are deactivated without explanation, it is reasonable to question whether strategic priorities are shifting. This is not “nonsense,” but a concern shared by many contributors.
I respect Adobe’s processes and understand reviews take time. What is difficult to accept is the lack of communication in a situation involving years of work and a large portfolio.

Accounts don't get suspended because of a shift in priorities. That is non-sense. Accounts get suspended for a reason. It's just that the wild expansion of generative AI accounts not following any rules makes it more proibable that accounts get suspended, and when many accounts get suspended, and resources are limited, there won't be fast resolutions. The larger the portfolio, the longer the investigation.
If you or anyone else has concrete advice beyond “wait for an email” on how to reach contributor support or escalate a case like this, that would genuinely be helpful.
By @Vodawotah
None can escalate a case like this, and everyone thinks his case is the most important. You need to wait. That's it.
BTW: Adobe does not read this. You are basically writing in thick air. But experience shows that investigations have a duration of 6 months or more. Some accounts get reactivated, some accounts get terminated. Move on and contribute to other stock sites in the meantime. There is nothing that can be done for you here on this fora.
