Ouch!  I’m a firm believer in taking regular payouts because I earn more interest in my personal bank account. 

That said, you’re stuck for the foreseeable future. You can’t withdraw payouts from a deactivated account. You must wait while your appeal is processed, which could take several weeks or months, depending on the volume of cases ahead of yours.  There is no way to expedite an appeal.

Be patient. Work on other projects and submit to outside services.

As stated, we cannot be of assistance here. You have a case number. It’s highly recommended you do not send additional emails asking for the status of the investigation, as this can hamper and delay the investigation process. As a side note, this is why I don’t let my payout amount get too high before seeking payment, just in case. Issues are not always the fault of the contributor and it’s best to learn as early as possible if there is no problems that would result in a delay of large sums of royalties.
