Hello,

I have already created a topic on my question but for some reason it was closed.

https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/account-blocked/m-p/15138357#M97021

I am contacting the Adobe Stock Contributors staff.

I don't know how to contact the Adobe Stock Contributors staff to find out what's wrong with my account.

Please tell me how long I need to wait?

My account was deactivated on January 23, 2025 due to suspicious activity, it's been 61 days since my account was deactivated. Maybe you forgot about me, I don't even know when my account will be activated. Please activate my account.

The numbers of the letters I wrote earlier:

Adobe Case Update 00344665

Content Appeal - Other (please specify) - Case ID: 653803

Adobe Case Update 00347402

Adobe Case Update 00353167

Adobe Case Update 00353611

Thank you.

Best regards, Serhii.

Why dont you know how to contact them?  Apparently you have contaced them. You have to wait until your case is reviewed. There is no way to speed up the process and according to the terms you agreed upon, Adobe is not required to respond as to why it was closed or if they are even going to reopen it.

Hello, I wish I knew how long to wait and whether they saw my letters, two months is already quite a long time since the account was deactivated. The author creates an account on Adobe Stock Contribution to earn money, makes plans, expects something. What kind of protection does the author have, you spend more than five years to start earning at least a little on Adobe Stock and your account is suddenly deactivated for an indefinite period. I don't understand this account deactivation.

What is suspicious account activity?

Well, for starters, Adobe can disable an account at any time and for any reason. It's right in the terms and agreements. As for suspicious activity, this is often when the contributor, their friends, or a bad actor purchases a large number of images to bring those images to the front of the search queue. But there could be other reasons as well that I'm unaware of.

We don't know how long it will take, either. We are contributors like yourself. Your only option at this time is to continue waiting. Repeatedly emailing or contacting Adobe will not speed up the process.
