Account Deactivated for 2 Years – Need Assistance Escalating Ticket Case #00440444

Hello Community Experts and Adobe Staff,

I am writing to ask for advice or internal escalation regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account, which has been deactivated for two years.

I previously submitted multiple formal appeals through the "Contact Us" portal over this period but have never received an email response or a final determination regarding my account status. My original support ticket/case number is #00440444

I have always aimed to follow the Contributor User Terms. Since it has been two years without communication, I would be incredibly grateful if an Adobe employee moderator could look into this ticket case to see if a final review can be made.

Thank you for your time.

As @Jill_C said, nobody from Adobe will see your post in this user-to-user forum.

After 2 years, I think it’s safe to assume your account was permanently terminated. The reasons for permanent termination are described in 1) Contributor User Guide and 2) Contributor Terms of Agreement.

    1. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/get-started/manage-your-account/account-submission-guidelines.html
    2. https://wwwimages2.adobe.com/content/dam/cc/en/legal/servicetou/Adobe-Stock-Contributor-Agreement-en_US-20240618.pdf

Surely you’ve joined other services by now. Why not just keep working with them?

    Good luck.

The forum is rarely visited by Adobe staff, so your plea is unlikely to come to their attention here. After 2 years, I think you can assume that your account has been permanently closed. It’s unfortunate that Adobe chose to never communicate with you on that subject; it seems to happen all too often.

I would say that after 2 years and multiple appeals, your association with Adobe as a contributor has permanently ended and you should look into submitting to other stock sites if you have not already done so.
