Your account has been blocked for submitting content that violates Adobe Stock submission guidelines, or for activities that violate the Adobe Stock Contributor Terms, on the basis of internal review of your content and account. These content or account activities were found to be incompatible with the Stock Contributor Terms, because they are prohibited under Stock account and submission guidelines, such as submitting offensive content, excessive submissions, content to which you may not own the rights, spam, or other prohibited content or account activity.

No clear reason.  Please tell me how to back my account.

If you have not already done so, your only option is to submit an appeal here:

https://survey.adobe.com/jfe/form/SV_74fM1z4DvUPyPlk

Beyond that, we can be of no assistance, as we are contributors like yourself.

No one here has any inside information on deactivated accounts or if Adobe will let you know specifically which violation(s) occurred. If your account is under investigation, it can take weeks or even months for Adobe to complete their investigation, depending on the number of them ahead of yours. Contributors do get their accounts back, and they also get them suspended permanently, depending on the seriousness of any violations.
