Account Deactivated – No Response From Contributor Support (Case #00450021)

Hello Adobe Community,

I hope you are doing well.
I am reaching out for some guidance regarding my Adobe Stock contributor account review.

I opened a support case: Case #00450021

It has now been several weeks, but I have not received any update from Contributor Support.

I want to make sure everything in my portfolio follows the Adobe Stock guidelines.
If any of my files require correction, replacement, or removal, I am fully ready to update them immediately.

All of my uploaded content is originally created by me. I can also provide:

Proof of originality,
Working files (Procreate, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
Screenshots or any other documentation if needed.

I would be very grateful if a moderator or community member could guide me or help escalate this issue so that my contributor account can be reviewed and activated again.

Thank you very much for your time and support.

Kind regards,

[Personal information removed by moderator.\

Please do not post sensitive personal information in a public web forum where it could be exploited.

Fellow users here can't help you with an account matter.

This is solely between you and Stock Contributor Support.

Adobe likely detected suspicious account activity.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Unauthorized use of protected Brand Names in keywords/descriptions.
3) Content spamming. Using multiple accounts to artificially boost sales or bypass submission limits.
4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from customers or 3rd parties.
5) Violation of Stock Contributor Terms. See below.
https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/submission-guidelines.html

Be patient. It may take several weeks or months for an investigation to conclude.

  • Check your email spam folder.
  • If requested, provide additional information directly to Adobe Stock.
  • While you wait, work on other projects.
  • Submit content to other stock services.

Good luck.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we are unable to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so. It will most likely be awhile before you hear from them, often times weeks, depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so can potentially slow down Adobe's investigation.

You should also refrain from posting personal information such as your email address on this forum out of privacy concerns.

Thank you for the clarification.
I understand your point and I appreciate your time.

I have already contacted Contributor Support using the “Contact Us” form.
My first message to them was on 16 October 2025, and I’m still waiting for a response. I will continue to wait patiently as you advised. I just wanted to make sure I have taken all the correct steps.

Thank you again for your guidance.
