Account deactivated on payout — Case ADB-46841255-R0M3

Hello,
my Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated right after I requested a payout. My support ticket is ADB-46841255-R0M3 (submitted Aug 28). Customer support chat cannot escalate this ticket.

I am a legitimate contributor and ready to submit any required identity verification, original RAW files, or metadata. Could an Adobe Staff member please flag this ticket for the Compliance / Risk team to review?

First payment requests frequently induce an internal account audit to make sure everything is on the up & up.

    • You have to wait for a favorable outcome.
    • When the Contributor Relations Team is ready to contact you, you’ll be notified. Probably not before then.
    • Work on other projects & feel free to submit to outside services while you wait.
    • Please refrain from submitting multiple requests for updates. It only hinders the process & generates more case numbers.

    Good luck.

I am having same kind of issue. My contributor account has been stuck as “inactive” for over two months now due to an emai/lphone verification mix-up. I have submitted two support tickets, and my latest number is ADB-46505349-Q7S8.  I have received no human  response at all from  the support  form and all my portfolio rewies are completely frozen. Could an  Adobe Moderator please look into this case number and escalate it to the Stock compliance team? Thank you so much for your help.

Adobe staff do not monitor the community forums.
If your account has been suspended, the only option is to contact them via the link at the bottom of the contributor page and wait.
It may take anywhere from a few weeks to several months to receive a reply.

Thank you @RALPH_L for the insight.

Could any Adobe Staff or Community Managers please take a look at ticket

ADB-46841255-ROM3? My account was deactivated right at the payout moment, and live chat is unable to route it to the Contributor Risk team.

Any assistance in flagging this case would be greatly appreciated.

Adobe employees do not follow this forum. Your ticket will be acted upon when they get to it. You cannot speed things up.

We are not Adobe employees and can do nothing to assist you other than give advice. Adobe seems to have automated their account suspension process. Several contributors, myself included, have reported that their accounts have been suspended. Other than making an appeal, which starts the review process, there is nothing more that you can do other than wait.
