Account Deactivated (Suspicious Activity) - No Response on Appeal since Dec 24

Hi Adobe Stock Team and Community,

I am writing this post to seek guidance regarding my contributor account status.

My account was deactivated on December 24, 2025, due to "Suspicious Activity." I believe this might be a mistake or a false positive triggered by the system.

I immediately sent an appeal email to "contributor-support@adobe.com" on the same day (Dec 24). However, it has been over 11days and I haven't received any response yet. I have checked my Spam/Junk folders regularly, but there is no email from Adobe.

I understand that there might be a backlog due to the recent holiday season (Christmas & New Year), but I am really worried about my account.

Could a moderator please advise if there are significant delays in support tickets right now? Or should I resend the email?

Any update would be highly appreciated.

Thank you.

There is no Adobe stock team here and Adobe does not discuss publicly suspensions.

You need to wait, some contributors report waiting times of 6 months and there above. All depends on the number of suspensions and the size of the protfolios and the offense.

There is no need to send early reminders, cloging the contributor help line won't accelerate your case. BTW: it is advised to use the contact us link in the blocking screen, e-mails may or may not reach the destination. If they reached the destination, you will get a case number assigned.

Everyone's been out on Christmas & New Year's holiday.

You'll need to be a lot more patient.  Appeals can take weeks or months to process & investigate.

Work on other projects & submit to other services.

Hello,
I’m just checking in regarding my case submitted on December 24. It has been 25 days and I haven’t received any update yet. I wanted to ask what steps I can take at this point, or approximately how long these cases usually take to be reviewed. Any guidance would be appreciated.
Thank you.

My case number is 00465679

As you've read above, the Adobe Stock team is not here in the Community Forum, and no one here can help regarding such account matters.

As indicated on your contributor page, you must use the Contact Us link to reach out to Adobe Stock Contributor Support on this issue. Sending an email doesn't necessarily create a support ticket; however using the Contact Us link does.
