Account Deactivated – Unable to Submit Support Case

Hello Adobe Stock Team,
My Adobe Stock contributor account has recently been deactivated. I attempted to submit a support case for review and reactivation; however, I received an error message stating that there was a temporary issue submitting the case and that I should post in the forum instead.
I would appreciate guidance on how I can appeal the deactivation or have my account reviewed. I am committed to following all Adobe Stock contributor guidelines and am willing to correct any issues if needed.
Thank you for your time and support.

Once again... everytime I read a deactivation message on this board, there's never awareness for what people have done wrong.

While it's unfortunate you're going through this, the lack of acknowledgment and some of the other inconsistencies make it hard to make sense of what you're saying.

In most countries with rule of law, ignorance of the law does not serve as a defense.

In a private agreements such as contributors and Adobe Stock, it is imperative to not violate basic rules that most people intuitively know they should not do.

If you are indeed innocent of any violations, then be patient and let the process play out. A company like Adobe Stock is in business to make money with partner contributors, not to antagonize us and block us without cause.

Good Luck!
