Account deactivated upon payout — Need help reopening closed Case ADB-46841255-R0M3

Hello Community Managers and Adobe Team,

My contributor account was deactivated right after I submitted a payout request. I created a support ticket (ADB-46841255-R0M3), but after waiting, the ticket was automatically closed without any review, response, or explanation.

When I try to reply to the support thread, I receive an automated message stating that the inbox is unmonitored and the case is closed.

Today, I contacted Adobe Support via live chat (Chat Case ID: ADB-47223330-D1L2), and the agent advised me to reach out here and via email. I have already sent a message to contributor-support@adobe.com.

I am a long-term Adobe subscriber and I am fully prepared to pass identity verification, provide original source files (RAW / metadata), or complete any compliance check required.

Could a moderator please help escalate this issue to the Contributor Security / Compliance team so my case can be re-examined?

Thank you for your assistance, Oleksandr

The email might work, but the agent was incorrect in sending you here, as we are all contributors and cannot be of any real assistance. Did you get an explanation as to why your account was disabled to begin with? There are some terms violations that are considered serious enough that accounts are closed permanently.

No, I was not provided with any specific explanation or notification prior to the action, and my ticket was closed automatically without a single response. That is exactly why I need this case escalated. I have already submitted all details to contributor support email and am now waiting for an official team member to check this case
