Hello Adobe Team,

My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated without specific reason.

Case ID: ADB-46964160-G7R1
[Sensitive personal info removed by moderator]

I am a Vector contributor. I have read the Contributor guidelines updated Sep 3, 2026.
All my vectors are 100% original work. No logos, no brands, no copyrighted characters.

Kindly request Adobe Contributor Relations to help me with:
1. The exact reason for deactivation
2. The specific file names/IDs that violated the guidelines
3. If there is any opportunity for account reactivation

I sincerely apologize if any file accidentally violated the rules. I will be extra careful in future.

Thank you,
MD.RAZIBUL HUQ

We are not Adobe employees and can do nothing to assist you other than give advice. Adobe seems to have automated their account suspension process. Several contributors, myself included, have reported that their accounts have been suspended. Other than making an appeal, which starts the review process, there is nothing more that you can do other than wait.

    Possibly Related:

A buyer posted this complaint in the Stock forum. Is this yours?

When Stock receives multiple complaints, the Contributor’s account is typically deactivated while Stock conducts an internal audit. This can take several weeks or months depending on case load. All you can do now is wait. When Stock is ready to contact you, you’ll be notified.

    Good luck.

Does everybody keep posting here? We're just like you. This has to stop. We are not Adobe support in this thread.

Investigations can take weeks or even months to complete, depending on the number of cases ahead of yours. It also doesn’t help that you appear to have two case numbers, which can further hinder or slow down Adobe’s investigative process. You have case a case number(s). Your only option now is to continue waiting. In any event, we are contributors like yourself and can not be of assistance. Adobe does not participate on this forum.
