Account Deactivation Appeal - Seeking Assistance from Community Manager, Case Pending ADB-47712816-K3V3

Account Deactivation Appeal - Seeking Assistance from Community Managerб Long-term Paid CC Subscriber.

Dear Community Managers and Adobe Staff,

I am writing to kindly request assistance regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account, which was recently deactivated.

I am a long-term Adobe customer who has maintained a paid Adobe Photoshop / Creative Cloud subscription for several consecutive years, as well as a dedicated contributor focusing on abstract vector backgrounds, scientific concepts, and family-oriented imagery. Over my time with Adobe Stock, I have always strived to strictly follow all contributor and submission guidelines. In fact, several of my assets were previously curated and selected for the official Adobe Stock Free Collection.

I submitted an appeal email to the Compliance/Support team a few days ago, but I understand the team handles a high volume of requests and I have not received an update yet.

I am fully willing to cooperate, provide raw files/proof of authorship for any asset, or immediately remove any files that may have inadvertently triggered an automated compliance flag.

Could an Adobe Staff member or Community Manager please help check if my ticket is properly queued with the Compliance team, or advise on how I can ensure my appeal is reviewed by a human officer?

Thank you so much for your time, support, and dedication to the community.

Best regards,

Oksana

No Adobe employees here, sorry.  This user-to-user forum can’t help you.

Your status as a product subscriber has NOTHING to do with your Stock Contributor account. They are two separate divisions in different physical locations.

Contact the Contributor Relations Team from the link in your Contributor portal. You’ll receive a case number with links to request an appeal.  Due to heavy case load, appeals requests can take several weeks or months while an internal investigation is being conducted.

While you wait, work on other projects and submit to outside marketplaces. Refrain from making multiple requests for updates because it slows things down and generates more open case numbers. You’ll be notified when Stock is ready to contact you.

    Good luck.

Adobe does not participate in this forum. You have a case number. Your only option now is to continue waiting until Adobe completes their investigation, which, unfortunately, can take weeks or even months.
