Account Frozen Again – No Clarity on Weekly Upload Limits

My account has been frozen since Friday, May 23. Today, Wednesday, May 28, I was finally able to upload 5 videos, but it suddenly froze again right after that. There are no pending reviews in my account, so I don’t understand why it's happening. If there’s a weekly upload limit, when exactly does the cycle reset? Why would my account be frozen again so soon after being unlocked? Support still hasn’t replied to my emails, and it’s frustrating not having full clarity on how the system works.

My account was frozen since 23 May 2025, even though I didn’t have any pending assets. Today (28 May), I finally managed to upload, but after just 5 videos, it froze again.

So, based on what was explained, does that mean I now have to wait another 7 days from today? And is the actual upload limit just 5 assets per week?

You have all the information that is public. The five assets seem to be your personal limit based on your personal situation. As this is new and the public information is limited, you will need to wait for being able to upload the next assets.

The limit is driven by your sales numbers and your rejection numbers. That's what was noted in the e-mail sent out.

This is all you have as information: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/new-submission-limits-for-adobe-stock-contributors/td-p/15330817

There is a weekly upload limit, and if it is triggered as any other limit at Adobe, the counter starts with your last asset and is one week (7 days x 24 h x 60 min x 60 sec).

The new limit is new, and as there is no more information than the e-mail you got and the posting here, we need to learn all about how this has been implemented.

Expect support to be overrun by contributors like you. I suppose that Adobe is not giving more information on this to avoid people trying to fool the system.

No need to duplicate post.

Wait 7 days and see where you stand. Today is Tuesday.  Try again a week from Wednesday.

The limit seems to move depending on various factors like your sales and acceptance rate. It's different for each Contributor.

Videos take extra time to review.

So you're saying you have 5 total assets in review and nothing else is pending?
