Account has a validation status issue

Hello, I checked my login records and noticed an entry for a country I haven't visited. It's possible that my account has been compromised. I immediately revoked the unauthorized login and changed my password.  I'll only be logging in from Japan. Please verify my information. Also, could you please guide me on how to resolve this situation?

If you are concerned about others hacking into your account, I think you've already done the right thing by changing your password.
