Account Inactive - Waiting for multiple accounts approval (Case ADB-47360531-V7J2)

Hello. My contributor account is currently blocked/inactive due to an issue with multiple accounts.I submitted a ticket on October 2nd (Case ID: ADB-47360531-V7J2) and I have already closed all my previous profiles, leaving this current account as my single and definitive one. I updated the case details on October 16th confirming this, but I haven't received a response yet.Could a moderator please help me scale this case internally so I can start uploading my stock videos?Thank you very much, Elena.
