Account marked as Inactive by mistake (Form submission error) - Please help

Hello,

My primary contributor account (61538367@qq.com) has suddenly been marked as "Inactive" due to a "multiple accounts" misunderstanding after I updated my security details today.

I tried to use the official "Contact Us" form, but the website keeps throwing a red error banner: "We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case." 

61538367@qq.com is my ONLY active account where my PayPal and W-8BEN tax forms are linked. I would like to permanently close the duplicate Gmail-associated contributor profile and reactivate my primary QQ email account.

Could any Adobe Staff/Moderator here please help escalate this to the review team?
