Account permanently suspended

Hey guys,

Today, my account was permanently suspended following the second deactivation due to a “violation of the Terms of Service.”

In both cases, no real reason was given that was even remotely understandable. I only received copy-and-paste responses about “suspicious activities,” without any specific details.

Both times, my account was suspended while I was in the process of making a withdrawal.

In total, I’ve been offering my images through Adobe for 6 years, and within 2 months, my account was suspended without any reasonable explanation.

Has anyone else experienced the same thing, or do you have any idea how I can get a real answer? Regular support seems completely uninterested in even giving me a chance to clear my name.

By definition, “suspension” is temporary; “termination” is permanent.

Account “deactivation” can be either temporary or permanent.

TERMS violations are thoroughly covered in the links below.

If you haven’t already, submit to other marketplaces.

Hi, does the email state that your account was deactivated, or permanently deactivated? I ask because your situation is a bit unusual compared to the cases we typically see here on the forum.

Generally, deactivations happen due to 'Suspicious Activity' or a 'Terms Violation', and contributors only find out if the ban is permanent after submitting an appeal.

Could you share a few more details? I believe you might still have the chance to submit an appeal.

Sure. I actually contacted them both times using the appeals form.
Ultimately, their main point is that I violated the terms of service because my sales are linked to suspicious activities. In my original message, I actually forgot to mention that connection. Thanks for reminding me again.

The response to my second appeal form was that reactivating my account is no longer possible.
Both times, I tried to figure out through my messages what exactly the problem might be. I wanted to find out how the problem could be resolved in the future, but none of my questions or suggestions were addressed.
