Hi there,

Regarding my blocked Adobe Stock contributor account (Case #00435334), I'm checking in. About two weeks ago, I filed an appeal, but I haven't heard back as of yet.

I've thoroughly read the guidelines and acknowledge my errors regarding the generative AI needs. I promise to abide by all regulations going forward.

Would you kindly let me know how my case is progressing?

Bro to give your expectations into perspective, I have been waiting for appeal resolution for 7 months now...

That's a long time. At 9 months, we usually suggest that Adobe has decided to part ways. Again, we're not Adobe, so we have no "perspective" to give, unless someone on this forum has had a similar wait time and can help you with filling in the blanks.

You are not addressing Adobe here, but contributors like yourself. We can not be of assistance. You have a case number, which means Adobe is in the process of investigating your account. The investigation can take weeks or even months, depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours. Your only option is to continue waiting.

I understand that this is a community space and not direct Adobe support.
Since I already have a case number (#00435334), I will wait patiently for Adobe’s official response.

Waiting is the best thing to do. Follow-up emails potentially open up more case numbers and can further delay the process. Good luck!
