I am reaching out to request assistance with an ongoing review for my Adobe Stock Contributor account.

Nearly 3 weeks ago, my account was suspended due to an automated household/IP overlap detection. My mother and I are legitimate co-creators sharing the same household in Georgia. We were using a shared laptop and home Wi-Fi network, which triggered the automated system.

Current Status & Actions Taken:

1. Submitted a detailed web form response explaining the situation and confirming that we have separated hardware and agree to close any unused profiles.

2. Reached out to Customer Care today and logged an official support request under Case ID: ADB-47282555-N3G6.

3. We have a complete identity verification package ready for immediate submission: government IDs, live selfies with handwritten notes, and family photos.

Could a moderator or Staff member please help escalate Case ID: ADB-47282555-N3G6 to the Adobe Stock Compliance Team so we can submit our verification documents?
