Account Statement Location

Hi All,

I'm (relatively) new to Adobe Stock and I'm looking for where I can find account statements - details about what was purchased, who purchased the asset, the date of purchase, usage etc. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks,

Evan

Log-in to your Stock Contributor Portal for details about sales/royalties.

For privacy reasons, Adobe protects their customers' identity and data. That's not something you should have access to for obvious reasons.

If you have concerns about a particular sale, contact Stock Contributor support below.

Hope that helps.

Hi Nancy,

Thank you for the reply. I'm not sure that it is so "obvious" like you state. I am a member of other agencies and they seem just fine giving this information to their contributors. The only information I have been able to find is how many downloads/commissions I have made. -Evan

I don't know what other agencies do.  As a Stock customer, I don't want my identity or or my client's identity shared with contributors or anyone else for that matter.

You will not receive any account statements. The Statistics displayed on your Dashboard are the only source of information as to sales which you can view online or download. We are not advised who licensed the asset, nor how they used it.  You can also opt (on your Contributor Account tab) to receive daily emails regarding sales:

Hi Jill,

Thanks for your reply. As a contributor, I was hoping that this wouldn't be the answer but I'm not surprised. Adobe Stock is profiting off of our creations - the least that they can do is provide us with adequate information and documentation like other agencies. -Evan

I'm also a contributor to Getty Images, one of the premiere agencies, and have never received any information as to who the buyers are and how they use the images. If I were a buyer, I certainly wouldn't want my privacy compromised in such a manner. Since buyers aren't required to reveal to Adobe how and where they use the images they license, Adobe wouldn't be able to supply us with any such info anyway. You can Google "your name adobe stock" and occasionally find your images in the wild if the buyer has provided attribution. They aren't required to do, but I suppose some do it out of habit.
