Dear Adobe Contributor Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent deactivation of my contributor account. I have been actively contributing to Adobe Stock for over six months, with thousands of original creative assets uploaded during this time. I take great pride in my work and have always aimed to maintain high standards of quality and integrity.

I believe my account may have been deactivated due to irregular sales activity, which is something beyond my control. I want to clarify that I am not involved in any form of financial misconduct. I am a dedicated artist who relies on this platform as a source of income, and I work hard to earn through honest means.

I have already reached out via email twice but have yet to receive a response. I am more than willing to cooperate and provide any information or clarification needed to resolve this issue. However, having my account deactivated for several days without any explanation or support has been very disheartening.

Please let me know what steps I can take to help reinstate my account. I sincerely hope we can resolve this matter promptly.

Thank you for your time and understanding.

Best regards,

This forum is populated by contributors like yourself and we have no insight or control over deactivated accounts. If you used the Contact us link, you have done everything you can (continuing with follow-up emails will not help) and your only option is to continue waiting to hear back from Adobe. They will inform you when their investigation is complete. There are numerous investigations going on presently, usually related to AI contributors if you are one, so it could take a while before you finally hear back.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Looks like you're new to the Community Forum. Read some of the other recent posts and you'll see that account deactivation is a frequent topic here. You'll also learn that there is absolutely nothing this community of Contributors can do to help get your account reactivated.
