Account suspended

Hello there,

My account got suspended about 50 days ago and i have reached ot to them via contact us link and i appealed to get it back.

 

It was violation of having multiple accounts. I made two accounts and i didn't know i can't do that. (It was my mistake to not understand the terms correctly) So i asked them to delete one of them and keep the other.

 

They just responded to me now and sent me this mail "We have reviewed your request to review our decision to close your account. At this time, we have decided not to reinstate your account due to ongoing violation of our Terms."

Does this mean it is a permenant ban or there is a chance to get it back?

 

And if it is a permenant ban ... Can i open a new account and start over again?

 

If i can open a new account ... Can i use the same assets on the account that got closed or i have to make a new assets at all?

 

Note: I had arround 14K assets and sales arround 30-50 daily

You didn't understand them? Or you didn't read them? 🙂 So many accounts have been suspended due to the fact that contributors did not carefully read (or read at all) the T&Cs and the Do's and Don'ts required for submission. After you start a new account, go over them very carefully going forward and good luck.

Well, I can understand that when one not reads thze requirements, and regularily revisits the documentation, that you can miss the fact that you are only allowed to do a second account under very specific rules. But I suppose that by now OP has learned a lesson, or they will be banned again.

I cannot say that it is a permanent ban, but if you want to open a new account, it will be. Inform Adobe that they should delete your two accounts. 

 

And yes, as long as there were no infringing assets in your account, you can submiot the assets again. But there is no guarantee that they will pass moderation this time.

What do you mean by:

Any assets that you resubmit will get moderated again. The moderator may refuse the asset.
