While my account with 60.000 photos and 30.000 illustrations is suspended since August for ai issue... I have just found another account selling my images.

I wonder how adobe can make it possibile... No control on uploaded images by other people??
I asked to contributor email and contact ed adobe on website for immediate action and i get no reply. Should i start an immediate legali action? Is there a legal department of adobe to address to?

I would start here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/how-to-report-suspected-misuse-of-your-intellectual-property.html

But I'm sure others will have some recommendations as to what other steps you might take. Are ALL of these images yours? This is just wrong on so many levels.

Adobe Community Expert | If you aren't submitting your assets in sRGB, you probably didn't read the rules.

Thanks. All images in the linked account are mine. I have nef files in my computer. I can provide to adobe. I wonder why adobe did not check when other account uploaded them. So i am as king about legal action. I think adobe is responsable of that but they dont reply to my emails. I opened this thread and i hope that some moderators can help me.

Adobe Moderators do not check submissions against the millions of others already in the database to determine whether they already exist in another Contributor's account. Each Contributor signs an Agreement certifying that they are the rightful owner of the sssets they submit. The only way another Cintributor can "steal" your images is to pay to license them, then upload them on their own account. That would be a very costly way to acquire your images. @daniellei4510  has provided above the link which tells you how to report this situation to Adobe.
