Account suspended | Update

Hello,

My account has been suspended for over a year now (approximately 14 months). I posted here around 50 days after the suspension, and someone advised me to wait for a year before trying to open a new account.

I’d like to ask if it’s now possible to create a new account and start over. I’m not trying to recover my old account, but I want to ensure that I won’t face another suspension after the first payout after a lot of work and time invested in the port.

Could you please confirm whether this suspension is permanent, meaning I’m no longer eligible to work with Adobe Stock, or if I’m allowed to start fresh with a new account?

If you have been banned for over a year then I assume it is permanent. If you open a new account using a new email address and Adobe finds out, you will probably be banned again. You need to contact contibutor-support@adobe.com

No one here in the Community can advise whether you're permanently banned. It depends on the reasons for which you were banned.

The email I received stated that the reason for the suspension was “SPAM.” I understand why this happened. some of my images had issues that I didn’t notice at first, as I was new to the platform and made some beginner mistakes. I also didn’t follow the rule of uploading only 2–3 variations per concept, and I ended up submitting many similar images.

That's probably a permanent suspension, but as I said no one here in the contributor community can confirm that. Adobe has been very aggressive for the past  ~8 months about reducing and eliminating spam, and they don't want spammers on the platform.
