FINAL APPEAL: Formal Request for Manual Review and Account Restoration - Case Ref: 00478863 - Contributor ID: 212636627

EXTERNAL: Use caution when clicking on links or opening attachments.

Dear Adobe Contributor Relations Team,

I am writing to submit a final, comprehensive appeal regarding the deactivation of my contributor account (ID: 212636627) and the withholding of my total funds ($116.72). It has been over a month since my initial appeal on March 5, and I am still awaiting a human response.

I am a legitimate creator from Bangladesh, and I have always operated with 100% transparency. I am re-presenting the timeline of events to prove that I have followed all Adobe guidelines and acted in good faith:

1. Proactive Disclosure (Feb 25, 2026 - Case #00478863): I noticed several high-value downloads ($12–$20+) on my account. Concerned about licensing legitimacy, I proactively contacted support to report these sales before any enforcement action was taken.

2. Official Clearance (Feb 26, 2026): Your representative, Diego Gomez, reviewed my inquiry and explicitly instructed me: "If there's anything suspicious, we will let you know. Otherwise, you may continue using the account as normal."

3. Adherence to Instructions: Based on this official clearance, I continued my work and requested a payout of $37.52 on Feb 27.

4. Second Disclosure (Mar 5, 2026): When more large sales occurred, I again contacted you (Case #00480361) to maintain transparency. My account was deactivated immediately after this second honest report.

I have no control over customer licensing choices or buyer locations. Blocking a contributor who is voluntarily reporting activities to ensure compliance is a contradiction of your professional support standards.

I am attaching the following evidence to this email:

* Screenshot of the email from Diego Gomez (Feb 26) giving me clearance.

* Screenshot of my Sales Dashboard showing the high-value downloads.

* A copy of my Government-issued NID to verify my identity.

I kindly request a Senior Specialist to perform a manual review of my case. I have worked hard to build my portfolio and acted with complete honesty. I look forward to the restoration of my account and the release of my $116.72 balance.

Thank you for your time and professional consideration.
