Account suspension – no response for 6 months

Hi everyone,

My Adobe Stock contributor account has been suspended and I haven’t received any response from Adobe support for the last 6 months.

One of my video animations (100 percent human-made in Adobe After Effects) was rejected and incorrectly flagged as AI-generated content by the Adobe review team. After that, I got email from Adobe that my account was suspended due to mislabelling of AI-generated content.

I have never uploaded AI-generated work on my account. Everything I create is original.

I’ve contacted support multiple times, but got no reply or clear explanation.

Has anyone faced something like this? Any advice would really help.

This was the video that i uploaded and it has nothing to do with any AI GENERATION tool.
It is simple generate button click animation completely made in after effect 

Yes, we can say that, this animation is related to the topic of Artificial Intelligence, but it is not created by any “AI Generation Tool”

Adobe gains nothing from terminating Stock Contributor accounts.

I’m guessing your files contain embedded data that identifies it as GenAI. 

  • Did you create all the content yourself manually?
  • Did you use any GenAI plugins in After Effects?
  • If any part of the asset contains AI, it must be labeled as GenAI.

It’s easy to confirm the presence of AI with these detection tools.

I followed Adobe’s proper procedure. First, I clicked on ‘Contact Us,’ and after a few days I received the appeal form. I filled out the form completely, but since then I haven’t received any reply.
