Account sync issues

[Moderator cured formatting issues.]

 

Good morning. I'm receiving emails about my files being sold. Unfortunately, I can't access them because I need to sync my old Fotolia account with Adobe. But that can't be done because it's impossible to log into my Fotolia account. And it's a vicious circle. Contacting Adobe support doesn't help. Any advice? Thank you very much. For clarification, here's a screenshot of the page I'm stuck on.

Fotolia has been gone for years. 

If you didn't convert your Fotolia account to Adobe Stock, you can't connect to it now.  It's gone.

 

Keep contacting Stock Contributor Support. At this late date, only they can help you.

Thank you. I understand. The problem is that I tried talking to them. They keep switching back and forth (four times) and forth and can't do anything. I keep getting emails about my files being sold, but I can't access them or the money. It's insane. When I go to the Stock Contributor website, the system automatically redirects me to Fotolia. It really shouldn't be like this.
