Account validating issue

Question

Hello! Please help me I get this today :

"Account validation issue

Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us.

I made a withdrawal on March 11, but I forgot to fill out the tax form. so I just filled out the form 5 or 6 days ago...then few hours ago a few hours ago when I am logged in, and go to sell, or try to upload my new works I see this :

"Account validation issue. Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us.

What is this, what is the problem, please help me,

The Community members here are not Adobe employees, so we can't help. Use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of your Dashboard to communicate directly with Adobe Support.

Looks like you violated Adobe Stock Contributor TERMS. Violating the TERMS is a very serious matter and your account is BLOCKED.
