Your account was locked for copyright violation??  I'm sorry but we can't help you here.  Adobe Stock doesn't discuss locked accounts in this public user-to-user forum.  You really must work with Adobe Stock Contibutor support directly.

Goodbye & good luck!

I have the same problem..

I received a violation notice that my 3 images have appeared on other sites. Access to my account was subsequently denied. I sent the documents to prove that I was selling on other sites and that my drawings belong to me. It's been 4 days today. Still no answer !! Please help me !! Why is the participating team not available? ?? I do not know if my e-mail has arrived.

My portfolio, where I worked hard, was on the bestseller list for 5 consecutive weeks. I presented my 20 years of effort. It makes me very sad that my account is unfairly blocked from sale. We have a partnership with Adobe contributor for over 2 years. It shouldn't have been that way.
Why is it so hard to give and reach an answer?

Did you look into your spam folder for potential answers?

Selling on other sites does not block your account. There were probably some copyright complaints and Adobe looked into those and found that the claims have some merit. So, they blocked your account.

There are several things to consider:

  • Hijacking different threads here will not help your cause.
  • Adobe does not respond publicly to discuss your account problems. They do, however, privately by mail.
  • Contact contributor support and allow Adobe a few days to respond. I agree, 4 working days should be enough for a response, therefore look into your spam folder. If you can't access the contact us page, email contributor-support@adobe.com.
