Account validation issue

After years of uploading over 2500 images to Adobe Stock my account has suddenly been disabled. My images were always in the top 10 results for rural English and Cotswold content.

Just before Christmas somebody or something or a software error purchased over £1200 worth of my images, I was delighted, what a Christmas bonus I thought.  Then suddenly my account has been blocked and my images are no longer available to buy.  Obviously this has nothing to do with me, why would I spend thousands of pounds buying my own images just to make £1000 commission.

I've emailed the link provided about six times and no reply, what a way to treat customers. I've been an advocate of Adobe products and been using photoshop since version 1.

What am I to do?, just right off all my hard work I suppose and move on.

What a despicable was to treat your customers.

Andrew

Hi Ralph, Do you know how long the review process takes?

People have reported, that it took Adobe more than 4 weeks to come to a conclusion. That was when they got unlocked.

Locking this now. @andrewroland, you can direct message me when you have news from Adobe. I can unlock then, so that you can communicate the outcome to the community.

You are not a customer, you are a supplier. And there are scenarios where, what you described makes sense, even if you did it only through accomplices. I'm not saying that you are the culprit, but obviously, when someone gets such a sudden boost, it is suspicious and will need to be investigated.

Hi Abambo.

I didn't do anything, there are no accomplices!  I understand it doesn't look right, and should be looked into but a little communication from Adobe would be helpful.

Communication with Adobe happens, but not here. You will need to watch your spam folder, as Adobe answers by mail.

I'm sorry, but except if there is someone, wanting to harm you, the scenario you discribed makes only sense if you are involved in the scam. I'm not saying that it is the case, but it simply does not make sense otherwise.

Well... unfortunately there are a lot of people trying to scam Adobe (for example scams which offer to buy large numbers of stock images, and do so with a stolen card; for example people buying their own images for money laundering; for example people setting up multiple accounts and getting "free" images for which the artist is paid - some people have tried to actually justify this latter one in the forums, considering it legitimate enterprise-), and Adobe are obliged to act. It is a great pity if what you actually have is a dedicated fan. But here's a thought, following from the timing of the purchase. It is possible that a friend or family member did this purchase, knowing about your Stock profile, as a kind of Christmas gift? If you can establish this it might be possible to persuade Adobe to reinstate your account.

You have to wait for the review to complete. You cannot speed up this process.
