Correct answer Abambo

If your account has a validation issue, and you did contact Contributor support via the link provided to you, you have done all you can do to address the issue. You need to wait patiently for the answer from Adobe. None here in the community can help you.

Meanwhile, I suggest you study the contributor agreement again, and try to find out, what rule you could have violated.

Today i got the reply from the adobe saying "Since your account has appeared in the context of highly irregular sales activities, the account will remain blocked until further notice."  last month May 26th someone bulk downloaded 50%+ my contents in oneday, i cant control how many assets can a buyer download in a single day, even if he downloaded my assets to sell in other websites ot even if he uploaded my contents in abobe contributer, the one who downloaded is still winning and all my hard work end up waste of time.
i have replied adobe polietley to recheck the account status. is there any possibilities where i can recover my accout back. or do i need start again from 0. ?

Adobe can - and must - close down accounts that show irregular sales patterns that cannot be explained.

But here is something you can check.

1. Did the 50% of contents come together as a one linked library? Perhaps a suitable set to illustrate a book? If so, maybe that is a possibility and you can suggest it.

2. Otherwise, look for a friend or someone who might have decided to help you out with your sales. They might have "used up" credits at the end of a month, or even signed up for a free trial to download them. If you can track them down, get their apology and send it, Adobe MIGHT be generous, though it's a very serious breach.

i draw flat sketches and  fashion illustration, some apparel organization might be bulk downloaded my flat sketches. but how can i explain them this, hopefully they can check from there end. as far as i know there are not a single  person, friend or relatives who uses adobe stock for download assets.

I have the same issue. Coincidentally only after requesting my first payout 10 days ago. Suddenly there is an issue.

The timing, after you had already requested a payout, is probably coincidental. An account review can be done because a Buyer reported a problem with an image or because someone else reported an IP issue, or because of some other violation of Adobe's terms. You'll have to communicate directly with Adobe on your account status, as no one here in the forum can help.

I'm not certain. I think that part of the payout checking is looking at the account, to see if there were activities that are against the rules. But yes, there can also be a customer complaining about a copyright issue or excessive returns etc.
