Account Validation Issue

Hi there,

 

I'm Faridur Reza Sagor, a contributor of Adobe Stock. I've been working as a Graphic Designer on this platform since 2022 . Today I got an error called "Account Validation Issue". Check out the attachment.

In this case I'm very confused and I believe it is an technical error. Because all of my product in 100% unique and I'm the only owner. All of these products are performing very well on other stock platforms.

Now I really need your help to fix this problem. If you need anything else, please let me know.
