Account Validation Issue - Case # 00158252

I joined contributor.stock.adobe.com Sep. 2022 and uploaded almost 300+ vector files and sale many to them. but on 3 Nov. my account blocked due to some sale issues and the send me this email

i haven't do any thing with my sale. All the sales are natural. they said they are investigaing but they are not replying me. they cancel all my payments and blocked my account.

i do not voilate any of adobe terms and not involed in any kind of illegal activity.

what to do next. please guide me
