Account Validation problem

A few days ago I tried to log into my contributor account to upload new photos and got the "validation issue you should contact us." So I reached out and was told Adobe had been informed of issues regarding recent sales on my account. I responded back and didn't hear anything until this morning. I received a 1 line answer basically accusing me of downloading my own images to increase sales. This is 100% false and a completely baseless accusation I don't even have an account to download stock images. Last time I looked at my own account I had less than 40 downloads and I think $56 in sales which I haven't even cashed out despite already paying taxes on. I have provided my stock link to friends and family if they want to download anything and the link is on my Instagram page I can't see how this would be seen as me downloading my own work. I would like to think this is just a mistake on Adobe's part but they are telling me nothing and offering no help at all. I'm not even being told they are investigating this matter. I would assume their engineers and tech people are smart enough to see this accusation is false via account names, IP addresses, bank account numbers something but no I'm basically fighting to clear my name with Adobe and and getting no where. Has anyone else had to do this? If so, any suggestions?

Hi @SarahAnne10,

Only Adobe Contributor help could be of help here. And yes, I think, they have smart engineers there.

Look at your messages (also spam) to see communication from Adobe.

I sincerely hope their engineers get to the bottom of this and quickly. I heard from another person at Adobe yesterday who was much more professional and nice about the situation. He said all the evidence on my case seems to indicate the sales were not made by normal customers but I don't understand why they would assume right off the bat that I had anything to do with them. Like I said I don't have any additional accounts other than my contributor one so I fail to understand how anything could point to me. I'm sure there are shady people out there that pull this crap all the time, I work for a fortune 100 company and I see what people are willing to do for money every day. But I am not one of those kinds of people and having to fight like this is very frustrating and the fact the truth doesn't matter here is sad.
