Question

Hello dear, I hope you are doing well. I'm vector conributor artist in adobestock. More than 30 days has passed my account is in validation status issue. I already sent email but I didn't get reply.
I'm working with adobestock since 2022 and I'm an old contributor vector designer. My all content is orginal and designed by me from scratch. What's the reason?

The reply can take a few days to a few weeks, but Adobe will only communicate via email about this matter.  It varies so much that speculating about the reason isn't particularly helpful.  Depending on the reason and severity of the matter, the suspension could be temporary or permanent.  Hang in there, I hope it's just something trivial and able to be cleared up.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.
