account was deactivated

My account was deactivated due to suspicious activity. This is a mistake. I have never violated any laws. I filed an appeal. I wanted to know how long it takes to verify an account.

While you wait, work on other projects and submit content to other services.

Good luck.

You need to understand that this is not a legal issue, but an Adobe stock issue. Adobe makes the rules, and they can deactivate any contributor account for any reason. This has nothing to do with laws in any country.

Suspicious activity is mostly sales coming from a doubious source, like multiple free testing accounts, or from accounts paying assets with stolen credit cards or similar. I won't say that you participated in such a scheme, buit obviously, something went wrong on your account. And yes, if you did nothing wrong, it is painful.

I've actually seen a sharp increase in sales in the last couple of months. But these are organic sales; I had no influence on them. I simply chose one topic and uploaded work exclusively to it, with the correct metadata.
I hope they see that this is an organic sales growth and that I worked honestly and didn't break the rules.

Sure.

The last couple of moths is a long time. Did you in between retrieve money?

There is no fixed period of time for Adobe to complete their investigation. You'll just have to be patient.

It can take weeks and, on occasion, months before Adobe completes their investigation, depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours. If you have a case number, Adobe is aware of your situation and is looking in to it and you have done what you need to do at this point. We strongly suggest you make no further effort to contact Adobe, as this can potentially open up new case numbers that result in further slowing down their investigation.
