Why can't I download photos from my Adobe account another region?

Your own assets can not be downloaded from ANY region. Adobe stock is not intended to act as backup storage for your assets.

Adobe Community Expert | If you can't fix it, hide it; if you can't hide it, delete it.

You should not be downloading your own assets. That is a violation of Adobe T&C's.
