Adobe Account Suspension –Unjustified Action Despite Clean Record on ShutterStock and Adobe Stock

I am writing to express my concern regarding the suspension of my Adobe Stock Contributor account under Case 00384519, and to note that I have been waiting for a response since May 23, 2025, without any update. This extended silence has left me uncertain and disheartened.

I want to respectfully clarify that I have never submitted any offensive, spammy, or unauthorized content. All of my submissions are original and created with full attention to Adobe’s Contributor Terms and Guidelines.

I am also an active contributor on Shutterstock, which upholds very similar standards. My account there has never received a warning or flag, which reflects the consistency and integrity of my work across platforms.

No specific asset IDs or guideline references have been shared with me, which makes it difficult to understand the reasoning behind the action. As someone who values professionalism and transparency, I simply wish for clarity on this matter.

Adobe is Adobe, Shutterstock is Shutterstock. Whatever the offense is, Shutterstock has no say into this.

Adobe likely detected suspicious account activity.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Unauthorized use of protected Brand Names in keywords/descriptions.
3) Content spamming. Using multiple accounts to bypass submission limits.
4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from customers or 3rd parties.
5) Other violation of Stock Contributor Terms. See below.

This matter is between you and Adobe Stock only.  Fellow Contributors in this user-to-user community can't help you.

It's been less than 2 months.  Be patient. An account investigation can take a long time to conclude.

Check your email spam folder. If requested, provide additional information directly to Adobe Stock. Work on other projects. Submit content to other stock services.

Good luck.

You are not addressing Adobe directly and will receive no reply from an Adobe rep here. There's really nothing you can do other than send a message via the contact link and await Adobe's reply,
