Adobe Case Update 00187907 Account Validation Issue

Dear Adobe Stock Team,I am writing to appeal the recent issue with one of our submitted images, image case (601338928, 595488547, 597166383, 605788284 and other related), which has been flagged for potential copyright infringement. We would like to clarify that the image in question was created by our team using the Canva editor, using a commercial licensed template.We would also like to bring to your attention that Image case (595494011, 597166474 and other related), which was submitted by us and created using the same Canva editor with all commercial licensed elements (Canva Media License Agreement attached), has been approved for sale on your platform. Additionally, we have reason to believe that the person who submitted the takedown report against Images also used the same Canva editor to create their own content.We understand that maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity is critical to the success of your platform, and we take these issues very seriously. We have thoroughly reviewed all of our submitted content and will remove any that do not meet your requirements.We have attached all relevant proofs of our work related to both Images templates, as well as information regarding our use of the Canva editor and commercial licensed templates. We hope that this information will help to clarify any misunderstandings and demonstrate our commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity in our work.We respectfully request that you reconsider our account status and allow us the opportunity to continue contributing to your platform. "Dear Adobe Stock Team, I am writing to appeal the recent issue with one of our submitted images,"No, you are not. Let's stop right there. This is a COMMUNITY forum where you will hear from experienced contribuitors. They cannot review your appeal and give you back your account. If you want to appeal you MUST contact Adobe Contributor Support. If you do that, good luck. Personally, though, I agree with Adobe blocking this. Shallow recycling of stock materials to make new stock cannot be acceptable. You must OWN all of the copyright, and building work from stock, even if free and not limited by contract, does not give you ownership. The fact that "another contributor" has done the same is proof of this.  It is, however, pointless to argue with me (though it might be fun) because I have no influence.

You are not writing to Adobe here. You are communicating with your fellow contributors. I haven't read the licensing terms of Canva, but I do not think that you can use an asset, change the text and upload that for sale on a different platform. This sounds to me like an huge misunderstanding of the copyright.
