After my Adobe Stock account got deactivated I filed an appeal with the copyright team but the copyright team could not do anything. The mail was forwarded to the relationship team but I did not get any reply from the relationship team. I mailed twice and they are not responding. Please give me proper advice.

Copyright violation is a very serious matter.

Can you prove you have copyright to the content in dispute?

Did you submit tangible proof of ownership?

If not, there's nothing more Stock can do.

You need to properly file an appeal.
How to Report (and Appeal) | Adobe Transparency Center
Read the paragraph on "Appealing an Enforcement Action"

We can't be of assistance. We are contributors like yourself and unless someone here has had a similar or exact experience as the one you described, you won't get an accurate response. I assume you used the Contact us link. That is all you can do at this point. Investigations can take weeks or even months, depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours. Additional emails to Adobe will not help and can potentially slow down their investigation. Your only option is to continue waiting.
