My Account was auto Blocked 2nd time after unblocking within 1 month without any notice

I received a after i mailed (after 20 days)

Your account was blocked after we noticed that you have submitted Generative Ai content that is not within our guidelines.

You have submitted files that refer to famous artists, people, characters from popular culture, and/or other existing subjects such as video games in the image, title or keywords. We take intellectual property rights very seriously and your uploads are a violation of these rights and thus violate the upload guidelines.

Your account will remain blocked until further notice.

I mailed It was probably a mistake on my part when deleting.

mainly due to the fact that I must remove troublesome files from 20K photos. after 1st time unblocking the accont

You can notice in my portfolio that I deleted more than 7K files last month as per your suggestion.

This had occurred previously.

I’m not sure what mistake I made in "famous artists, people, characters from popular culture, and/or other existing subjects such as video games means in the image, title, or keywords."  if you suggest any files i will definitely delete them.

BUT THEY DON'T SHOWN ANY IMAGE

I’m not sure. About that. I've been with Adobe for seven months, and I've had nothing but great service and support. I spent all day and night working on Adobe Stock.

But for me, it was incredibly heartbreaking. I submitted over 20,000 assets, and my account was suspended as a result.

Please unblock my account. Additionally, if you believe that any of the files are troublesome, kindly inform me and give me some time. All suggested files will be deleted.

However, kindly unlock my account.

BUT NO RESPONSE FROM LAST 2 MONTHS

Can anyone help?

Correct answer Jill_C

It's quite possible that your repeated violation of the rules has earned you a permanent suspension. If you had the time to upload 20,000 images, you could have taken the time to review each of them again to find the non compliant images and delete them.

Forum members are not Adobe employees, so we can't help with account issues.

If your account was blocked a second time it means that you did not take seriously the instructions given during your first block and nothing learned from your mistakes...

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

It's your job to make sure that your assets are in conformity with the rules. You will have to wait for Adobe's decision, but repeated violations of the rules will get you indefinitely blocked.
