Nobody in this user-to-user community can help you recover a blocked account.

If somebody filed an official infringement complaint against you, and you can prove that you did not violate Stock Contributor TERMS, follow the appeals process below.

    https://www.adobe.com/trust/transparency/content-policies/how-to-report.html

Just so you know, unintentional infringement is not an excuse. Sorry.

How do you know for a fact that it was an IP infringement that caused your account to be suspended?

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we are unable to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so. It will most likely be awhile (possibly weeks) before you hear from them, other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so can potentially slow down Adobe's investigation.

Accounts do get unblocked if issues are or can be fixed, or if the violation in question wasn’t extremely egregious. You just have to be patient.

Even if it was an accident, Adobe views the contributor as the sole person responsible for ensuring every file is 100% original or properly licensed. If you get your account back, ensure you double-check every "Similar" or "Generative AI" reference to avoid a permanent ban.

Check the email associated with your Adobe ID. Adobe usually sends a specific notice regarding the block. This email often contains a case number or a specific link to contact their compliance team.

Your email needs to be professional and transparent. Since you mentioned this was unintentional, you should include:

    • An Admission of the Error: Briefly explain that you understand which files caused the issue.

    • Explanation of "Unintentional" Nature: Explain how it happened (e.g., you misunderstood a specific license, or a third-party source provided faulty info).

    • Corrective Action: State clearly that you have deleted any other potentially infringing content from your local library and will strictly follow Adobe’s IP guidelines moving forward.

    • Request for Reinstatement: Ask for a second chance to prove you can be a compliant contributor.

Like you were told. Appeal and then wait. If your account is reinstated you will have access to your earnings.
