Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so. It will most likely be awhile (possibly weeks) before you hear from them, other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so can potentially slow down Adobe's investigation.

Even if it was an accident, Adobe views the contributor as the sole person responsible for ensuring every file is 100% original or properly licensed. If you get your account back, ensure you double-check every "Similar" or "Generative AI" reference to avoid a permanent ban.

• Explanation of "Unintentional" Nature: Explain how it happened (e.g., you misunderstood a specific license, or a third-party source provided faulty info).

• Corrective Action: State clearly that you have deleted any other potentially infringing content from your local library and will strictly follow Adobe’s IP guidelines moving forward.

• Request for Reinstatement: Ask for a second chance to prove you can be a compliant contributor.
