Hi,

im trying to access ftp to upload video onto the contributer portal using a variety of ftp programs. None of them can connect to the server.

I wrote to support and they said they stopped supporting ftp. I don't think they read my message properly

Can someone confirm that Adobe does not accept videos anymore? Or have shut off for access?

thanks!

Adobe stopped supporting FTP uploads. Use your browser. Only some select contributors can still use the FTP uploads option. If you do not see that option, you are out. FTP uploads always created problems and were e security risk.

To upload videos, use FileZilla SFTP client, not FTP.   See link below for details.
