Hi Veronica,

@Test Screen Name is right, the composition is not good, because that little piece of the plate is missing. @RALPH_L is right, because it's looking accidental. So either you take a more narrow approach or you make sure to have the full plate in the image.

I would also recommend to clean-up the little "dirt" patches:

The biggest problem, however, is the noise level, especially in the shadow areas. A careful correction here may save the image.

The plate does not have to be complete but it cannot be an accident. For instance if more of the plate was missing. Better is to fill in the missing portion. More important in your photo is that the plate is not horizontal. Your photo is slanted. you need to level the plate.

Without looking in detail, there is a composition problem; the cut off plate should be fully included to be most useful to an advertiser or designer.
