You are lucky seeing some activity. You need to be patient. There is nothing you can do to accelerate the moderation process. Moderation is done by humans and the resources are limited, even that Adobe adds moderators constantly.

Perfect normal these days. Reviews out of order, assets stuck and ignored for weeks, some waiting as long as three months, etc. 

Many Contributors have reported waits of several months for their assets to be reviewed. Adobe is constantly re-assigning their Moderators and re-allocating the queues of assets awaiting review, so the review time is not predictable. There's nothing we can do to hasten the review of our assets. Be patient. All will get reviewed eventually.
