Adobe Stock account deactivated

Dear Adobe Stock Community, 

In December last year, I was informed that my account was deactivated for "suspicious activity".

However, during the past seven months I have not received any explanation of what activity is considered suspicious. 

Without this information I am unable to understand the reason for the decision or provide any relevant clarification.

I respectfully request that Adobe explain the specific activity that led to this decision and provide the rationale for taking this action. Via email I have registered the cases number 00504532, 00463206.

I have been a contributor to Adobe Stock for approximately three years and have uploaded around 12,000 original vector illustrations during that time. Throughout my time as a contributor, I have made every effort to comply with Adobe Stock’s Contributor Guidelines and policies.
