Adobe Stock account deactivated — appeal pending for over one month

Question

My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated for “suspicious activity.” I’ve been a contributor for nearly 7 years, with a portfolio of my own original photography and video.

I submitted an appeal on August 10 through Adobe’s appeal form:

I also emailed contributor-support@adobe.com twice to chase, but have not received a response yet.

It has now been over one month. Should I submit the appeal form again, or just continue waiting for the original appeal to be reviewed?

Any recent experience or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Unfortunately, there have been a number of deactivations lately and investigations can take weeks or even months to complete. You’ve submitted an appeal and you have done all that you can do other than continue waiting. Follow-up efforts to contact Adobe can potentially result in creating new case numbers and cause further delays.
