Adobe Stock Account Deactivation

I've been working at Adobe Stock for almost five years, and I also contribute to Freepik, where I have around 5,000 approved files. Since my Adobe Stock collection is only about 1,800 files, I decided to upload some of my Freepik content to Adobe Stock as well. However, after doing so, my Adobe Stock account was deactivated. I reached out to their support via email, but I haven't received a response yet. According to their guidelines, files can be uploaded to multiple marketplaces, so I'm not sure why my account was deactivated.

Adobe likely detected suspicious account activity.
1) Unusual sales or refunds.
2) Unauthorized use of protected Brand Names in keywords/descriptions.
3) Content spamming. Using multiple accounts to artificially boost sales or bypass submission limits.
4) Complaints / 'Take Down Notices' from customers or 3rd parties.
5) Violation of Stock Contributor Terms. See below.

Contact Stock Contributor Support: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/contact

This matter is solely between you and Adobe Stock, not fellow Contributors in this user-to-user community.

Be patient. It may take several weeks for an investigation to conclude. Check your email spam folder. If requested, provide additional information directly to Adobe Stock. Work on other projects. Submit content to other stock services.

Good luck.

Freepik accepts almost anything. Maybe some or many of the images you uploaded to Adobe, conflict with the Contributor Terms.

Hi @creator_1 ,

Uploading to FreePick has nothing to do with your account suspension. There must be something else. Do you have multiple accounts? Have you been getting refusals that you have been resubmitting without doing the necessary corrections? Have you been constantly submitting similar files and apparently ignoring the refusal notices? Have you taken-up on any offers that are against the Adobe regulations? There are many reasons that could cause the suspension. You need to wait patiently for the reply to your contact query. It will take a little while.

Best wishes

Jacquelin

I assume you used the "Contact us" link to ask Adobe for details, rather than email. It's possible one or more of the Freepik images you uploaded went against the Adobe T&Cs. Once Adobe completes their investigation, they will contact you with further details. The wait time could be considerable, depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours.

It is unlikely that uploading your Freepik images was the reason for account suspension. Use the Contact Us link on your account page to reach out to Adobe. It might take some time to receive a response while the support team investigates your account.

As per the guidelines, files can be uploaded to multiple marketplaces, including Adobe Stock and Freepik. I reported the issue to the support team five days ago, but I haven't received a response yet.

Unfortunately, it could take day or weeks, or even longer to receive a response. Adobe doesn't seem to have a fixed service level commitment for response on such issues.
