Hello Adobe Stock Team,

my videos and pictures are frequent and in an acceptable time window approved 4-8 weeks. Some new videos and pictures were loaded and approved, .. BUT: some videos which I loaded since now 4 months are still not approved. Please contact me in order to resolve the topic.

Best greetings, Wolfgang

Many have this issue. Some assets get stuck in the moderation queue. That is a known issue. However, nobody will contact you, or more precisely, nobody from Adobe will contact you. If someone contacts you, they won't be from Adobe, even if they claim to be.

You will not receive any reply from an Adobe rep in this forum. It is not unusual for some assets to slip to the back of the queue and wait a very long time for review. You only have 2 options, which are to continue to wait, or delete and resubmit and hope they come to the attention of a Moderator.

This happens. Continue to wait, or delete the stuck assets and resubmit.
